Return & Replacement Policies

Contact us for free replacements and refunds under the conditions: Items that are broken or damaged. If you are not truly satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us to initiate the return process. We accept any returns up to 30 days from when the order(s) was delivered. RaveRoom™ is free of liability from any misrouted parcels. Please double check all of the information provided in the order, before finalizing the order, to prevent any items accidentally sent to the wrong address. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  1. Returns Within 30 Days of Delivery: We gladly grant full refunds for returns initiated within 30 days of your order delivery.
  2. Returns After the 30-Day Period: Unfortunately, we cannot honor returns requested after the 30-day mark from the delivery date.
  3. Restocking Fee: For all returns, there will be a restocking fee of $9.99. This fee helps cover the processing and shipping expenses associated with handling the return.

Please ensure that the returned items are in their original condition, unused, and include all the original packaging and tags to qualify for a refund.

To return your product, contact us via our contact form or help@raveroom.com, and we will provide you a return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs required to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to return the item will be deducted from your refund.

As soon as your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or gift certificate, within 3-5 business days. 

Cancellations

Orders are processed within 48 hours, so please contact us before then for any cancellations.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping. 

How do I track my order?

You can stay updated with your order via your order confirmation email. Inside will be a tracking number that you can stay updated with. Contact us at 

help@raveroom.com and we will be more than happy to help you out.  

When will I receive my package?

Due to an influx of high demand, your order may take 3-15 business days to be delivered. Recent world events have caused postal delays so we apologize for the inconvenience. An order confirmation email will be sent to your email. Please contact us with any questions that you may have, and we will be more than happy to help.
